An existing community, Trinity Hills of Knoxville, is located just 30 minutes from the proposed location in Seymour. Trinity Oaks is situated on Pearland Parkway right off of the main thoroughfare and is landlocked. Currently, Trinity Oaks has a waiting list of over 15 senior adults. With the facility only able to serve senior adults up to a certain acuity level and an overwhelming need to expand the future is bright for TrinityCare's new project, The Lighthouse of Pearland

The Lighthouse will be a 42 room Senior Adult Community and will be built adjacent to a 50 bed acute care hospital. The Lighthouse will specialize in serving senior adults who suffer from Alzheimers and other forms of dementia.

NEW LOCATION - Crossville, Tn

Crossville has named itself the Golf Capital of Tennessee, as well as being known as a retirement location. The city is situated atop the Cumberland Plateau amidst the headwaters of the Obed River, which slices a scenic gorge north of Crossville en route to its confluence with the Emory River to the northeast. Crossville is roughly halfway between the plateau's eastern escarpment along Walden Ridge and its western escarpment along the Highland Rim. Several small lakes are located on the outskirts of Crossville, including Lake Tansi to the south, Lake Holiday to the west, and Byrd Lake at nearby Cumberland Mountain State Park. The average elevation of Crossville is approximately 1,890 feet above sea level.

True to its namesake, Crossville is centered around the intersection of two major federal highways: U.S. Route 70, which traverses Tennessee from east to west, and U.S. Route 127, which traverses Tennessee from north to south. Interstate 40, which runs roughly parallel to US-70, passes through the northern part of Crossville. Crossville is approximately 30 miles east of Cookeville, 70 miles north of Chattanooga and 70 miles west of Knoxville.

There are nearly 4,000 seniors >75 years of age, with a growing population. There are many quality healthcare providers in the community. Our new facility will be located within one mile of the largest regional healthcare complex in the area. The property is located between Iris and Genesis, just off Interstate 40 and convenient to downtown Crossville. Our land developer and partner is Mr. Ray Mays, who has extensive healthcare experience and relationships in the Crossville area.
